The boys were playing outside with their presents from Santa -Airblades. In case you have not seen these suckers, they are rc craft that look like they should hover, but really just spin on three plump tires that are on their sides.
Audrey was chasing one when it took an unexpected turn and bowled her over. It happened so fast, that she did catch her fall with her arms at all. Just a face plant. Of course, the first aid and healing process is hindered by her runny nose. So this morning it was an extra pretty sight with crusted snot, snail tracks, and old blood.
